Abstract
In this note we present a study of semiconducting properties of vitreous 75%V2O5-25% which contains two glass former oxides namely As2O3 and B2O3. The electrical conductivity measurements (experimental data) are fitted by least-squares method. The obtained curves are in good accordance with the theoretical estimations.
