Abstract
The paper presents a comparison between the experimental and caculated data for the Marangoni-type flow, in competition with the gravity flow, in the case of a thin liquid layer situated on a solid inclined plane. Both proposed models describe satisfactorily the studied phenomena. Some considerations regarding the hydrodynamic stability of flow are made.
