Call for applications: Grants for researchers working outside Romania

Tiberiu Popoviciu Institute of Numerical Analysis welcomes international researchers (including Romanian diaspora) to apply for research grants.
The call is open to researchers in all fields who have been working outside Romania for the past 3 years at least, with the aim of attracting top researchers (back) to Romania.

The funding for a research project is about 1.4mil euros (7mil ron) maximum.
A project’s timeline should be between 24 months and 36 months, ending no later than June 2026.

The call for applications ends on 15 November 2022. Update: the deadline has been extended to 30 November 2022.

As a host institution, Tiberiu Popoviciu Institute of Numerical Analysis also provides administrative support.
